General Program and Digital Product Terms

GENERAL PROGRAM & DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

Effective Date: 27 April 2026

These General Program & Digital Product Terms (“Terms”) apply to digital educational offers, programs, courses, trainings, workshops, resources, and digital products provided by Seen Loved Selling Scale Pty Ltd ABN 27 696 049 573 trading as This is Co. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply unless a specific standalone offer agreement or membership agreement is provided for a particular product, service, or program.

For clarity, these Terms do not apply to:

• Scalable Business School (Supported);

• Scalable Business School (Self-Study);

• The Club Membership; or

• Seen Loved Selling Lab,

which are governed by separate standalone terms.

These Terms may apply to offers including:

• Easy Ads Engine;

• digital courses;

• workshops;

• trainings;

• template packs;

• prompt packs;

• swipe files;

• guides;

• checklists;

• mini programs;

• educational intensives;

• toolkits;

• implementation resources;

• hybrid educational offers;

• low-ticket offers;

• bonus-supported programs;

• downloadable resources;

• passive educational products.

These Terms are entered into by and between you (“Client”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and the Company.

Effective from 27 April 2026, business operations previously conducted by This is Co Pty Ltd were transferred to Seen Loved Selling Scale Pty Ltd trading as This is Co. Existing customer relationships, products, programs, and services continue uninterrupted unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or participating in an offer governed by these Terms, you agree to these Terms together with the above policies.

1. OFFER ACCESS

Offers governed by these Terms may include access to:

• curriculum materials;

• training videos;

• templates;

• frameworks;

• downloads;

• educational resources;

• workshops;

• replays;

• bonus materials;

• AI-assisted resources;

• limited community access;

• limited live support;

• implementation resources;

• prompts;

• swipe files;

• toolkits;

• recordings.

Specific inclusions vary depending on the offer purchased.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers governed by these Terms are intended as educational products and do not include:

• unlimited support;

• one-on-one consulting;

• personalised implementation;

• done-for-you services;

• unlimited direct access to Carinda Gosling.

2. SUPPORT LEVELS

Some offers may include varying levels of:

• support;

• workshops;

• implementation guidance;

• bonus calls;

• temporary community access;

• educational assistance.

Support levels and inclusions differ between offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, support is:

• limited in scope;

• educational in nature; and

• subject to reasonable operational boundaries.

3. ACCESS PERIOD

Access periods vary according to the specific offer purchased and may include:

• ongoing access;

• fixed-term access;

• staged access;

• bonus access periods;

• temporary community access.

Applicable access details will be stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or offer description.

The Company is not obligated to indefinitely maintain, expand, update, or continue supporting any offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where reasonably practicable, notice will be provided before permanent removal of core access entirely.

4. OFFER UPDATES AND DIFFERENCES

The Company may:

• release new tools;

• add templates;

• introduce software features;

• create bonus resources;

• release curriculum updates;

• provide implementation resources;

• test beta features; or

• evolve educational materials

across different offers, programs, memberships, communities, customer groups, or support levels at its discretion.

You acknowledge that:

• different offers may contain different inclusions, updates, tools, support levels, bonuses, resources, or educational materials;

• certain tools, trainings, resources, software features, or future developments may be exclusive to selected offers, memberships, beta groups, or higher-level programs;

• purchase of one offer does not entitle you to access all future Company materials, tools, updates, features, or offers.

The Company is not obligated to:

• continuously update any offer;

• indefinitely maintain all resources or platforms;

• provide future versions or expanded editions; or

• provide all future tools, bonuses, updates, or materials.

5. INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS LICENCE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company, purchases and licences granted under these Terms are intended for use within one individual business only.

You may not:

• share purchased materials across multiple unrelated businesses;

• use Company materials as part of third-party client delivery at scale;

• reproduce or distribute Company systems, frameworks, templates, prompts, or educational materials for external commercial use;

• share access with multiple users where only one licence has been purchased.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, purchases are licensed to:

• the individual purchaser; or

• one approved representative of the purchasing business.

The Company reserves the right to restrict access, revoke licences, or require additional paid licences where usage exceeds the intended single-business licence model.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Offers may be purchased through:

• one-time payments; or

• approved payment plans.

If you select a payment plan:

• your first payment is due immediately at checkout;

• future payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed payment schedule.

Payment plans are binding payment arrangements.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a valid refund request is approved in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

7. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

• access may be suspended immediately;

• payment methods may be retried automatically;

• outstanding balances may become immediately due.

The Company reserves the right to:

• revoke access;

• engage debt recovery processes; or

• refer unpaid accounts to collections where legally permitted.

8. REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility varies according to the specific offer purchased.

Applicable refund terms will be stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or offer description.

Unless otherwise stated:

• refunds are not available outside the applicable refund period;

• no refunds are provided for change of mind after access has been granted;

• non-use or partial participation does not create refund entitlement;

• dissatisfaction with personal results does not create refund entitlement.

If a valid refund is approved:

• access to the offer will terminate immediately;

• all licences granted under these Terms immediately end;

• you must cease using and delete any downloaded or retained materials where requested by the Company.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

9. COMMUNITIES AND LIVE SESSIONS

Some offers may include:

• Facebook groups;

• temporary communities;

• live workshops;

• bonus calls;

• implementation sessions;

• networking spaces.

Participation must remain respectful and lawful.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where behaviour is considered:

• abusive;

• harmful;

• disruptive;

• discriminatory;

• defamatory;

• inappropriate; or

• unlawful.

The Company may record:

• workshops;

• calls;

• trainings;

• webinars;

• live sessions.

By participating, you consent to being recorded.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All offer materials, templates, prompts, downloads, frameworks, recordings, swipe files, software tools, branding, and educational content remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use only.

You must not:

• reproduce;

• distribute;

• share;

• publish;

• sublicense;

• resell;

• commercially exploit; or

• create derivative works from Company materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

11. TESTIMONIALS AND USER CONTENT

By submitting:

• testimonials;

• screenshots;

• reviews;

• comments;

• feedback;

• social media posts;

• direct messages; or

• other user-generated content,

you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and share such content for operational, educational, or marketing purposes.

You may request removal of testimonials by contacting hello@thisisco.com.au.

12. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Offers governed by these Terms are educational and informational in nature.

The Company does not guarantee:

• income;

• revenue;

• advertising performance;

• business growth;

• audience growth;

• client acquisition;

• profitability; or

• any specific outcome.

Examples, testimonials, screenshots, case studies, campaign results, and demonstrations are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results.

Results vary significantly depending on:

• implementation;

• effort;

• experience;

• business model;

• market conditions; and

• external circumstances.

13. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate access where:

• these Terms are breached;

• payment obligations are not met;

• misuse of Company materials occurs;

• unlawful or harmful conduct occurs.

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations already incurred.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with offers governed by these Terms.
