Club Membership Terms of Participation

THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Effective Date: 27 April 2026

These The Club Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) apply to your participation in The Club membership (“Membership”).

These Membership Terms are entered into by and between you (“Member”, “Client”, “you”, or “your”) and Seen Loved Selling Scale Pty Ltd ABN 27 696 049 573 trading as This is Co. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Effective from 27 April 2026, business operations previously conducted by This is Co Pty Ltd were transferred to Seen Loved Selling Scale Pty Ltd trading as This is Co. Existing customer relationships, memberships, subscriptions, and services continue uninterrupted unless otherwise stated.

These Membership Terms operate together with the Company’s:

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms together with the above policies.

  1. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

The Membership may include access to:

  • educational resources;

  • templates;

  • trainings;

  • workshops;

  • live calls;

  • community spaces;

  • replays;

  • downloads;

  • AI-assisted resources;

  • bonus materials;

  • networking opportunities;

  • digital resources;

  • implementation content.

Specific inclusions may vary over time.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • improve;

  • update;

  • evolve;

  • modify;

  • replace;

  • restructure;

  • discontinue; or

  • reschedule

Membership content, resources, calls, bonuses, platforms, or community features at any time.

  1. MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

The Membership is a lower-touch educational and community-based membership designed to provide ongoing access to resources, support, and educational materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Membership does not include:

  • one-on-one consulting;

  • personalised implementation support;

  • unlimited direct access to Carinda Gosling;

  • done-for-you services;

  • unlimited feedback or audits.

  1. BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP TERM

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the billing option selected at enrolment.

Memberships may be offered:

  • monthly;

  • annually; or

  • under other billing structures communicated at the time of purchase.

Monthly memberships continue on a rolling month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with these Membership Terms.

Annual memberships automatically renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  1. 7 DAY REFUND POLICY

The Membership includes a 7-day refund period from the date of initial enrolment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If you request cancellation within the applicable 7-day refund period:

  • your Membership may be cancelled; and

  • eligible payments may be refunded at the Company’s discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

After the applicable refund period expires:

  • Membership payments are non-refundable;

  • partial use or non-use does not create refund entitlement;

  • dissatisfaction with personal results does not create refund entitlement.

Nothing in these Membership Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly Members may cancel with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the next billing date.

Annual Members may cancel prior to their renewal date to prevent renewal for the following term.

Cancellation requests must be submitted:

  1. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • Membership access may be suspended immediately;

  • payment methods may be retried automatically;

  • access to calls, communities, bonuses, or resources may be restricted;

  • outstanding balances may become immediately due.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • revoke access;

  • engage debt recovery processes; or

  • refer unpaid accounts to collections where legally permitted.

  1. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

The Membership may include access to:

  • Facebook groups;

  • online communities;

  • networking spaces;

  • live chats;

  • online portals.

Participation must remain respectful and lawful.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund where behaviour is considered:

  • abusive;

  • harmful;

  • unlawful;

  • disruptive;

  • inappropriate;

  • discriminatory;

  • defamatory; or

  • threatening.

  1. REASONABLE USE

Membership access and support must be used reasonably and in good faith.

Excessive, disproportionate, abusive, or unreasonable use of support systems, messaging systems, administrative resources, or community access may result in reasonable limits being applied.

The Company reserves the right to determine reasonable usage standards at its discretion.

  1. INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS USE AND SUPPORT ACCESS

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company, purchases, memberships, licenses, support access, coaching access, and participation rights are granted for use within one individual business only.

Support, coaching, implementation guidance, feedback, educational assistance, audits, community participation, and live support environments are intended solely for:

  • the individual purchaser; or

  • one approved representative of the purchasing business.

Unless expressly authorised by the Company:

  • only one person per business may actively participate in support spaces, coaching environments, communities, workshops, calls, or implementation areas attached to the Membership;

  • access may not be shared across multiple team members, contractors, staff, agencies, freelancers, clients, or unrelated businesses;

  • support may not be used for servicing third-party client work, agency delivery, freelance delivery, or external consulting businesses.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • restrict participation;

  • remove additional users;

  • suspend community access; or

  • require additional paid seats or licences

where usage exceeds the intended single-business participation model.

Nothing in this clause prevents reasonable internal operational assistance within the purchaser’s own business where no additional support participation or separate user access is being utilised.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Membership materials, resources, trainings, frameworks, templates, prompts, recordings, downloads, software tools, and educational content remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Your Membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use only.

You must not:

  • reproduce;

  • distribute;

  • share;

  • resell;

  • publish;

  • commercially exploit; or

  • create derivative works from Company materials without prior written consent.

  1. RECORDINGS AND TESTIMONIALS

The Company may record:

  • calls;

  • workshops;

  • trainings;

  • webinars;

  • community sessions;

  • live events.

By participating, you consent to being recorded.

Testimonials, screenshots, comments, reviews, feedback, and community participation may be used for educational or promotional purposes in accordance with the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.

  1. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

The Membership is educational and informational in nature.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • income;

  • revenue;

  • business growth;

  • audience growth;

  • advertising performance;

  • client acquisition;

  • profitability; or

  • any specific outcome.

Results vary significantly depending on:

  • implementation;

  • effort;

  • experience;

  • business model;

  • market conditions;

  • external circumstances.

  1. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate participation where:

  • these Membership Terms are breached;

  • payment obligations are not met;

  • community standards are breached;

  • misuse of Company materials occurs;

  • unlawful or harmful conduct occurs.

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations already incurred.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with the Membership.
