THE ONLINE BIZ AI ADVANTAGE - PROGRAM TERMS

These Program Terms ("Program Terms") apply to The Online Biz AI Advantage (the "Program") provided by Seen Loved Selling Scale Pty Ltd ABN 27 696 049 573 trading as This is Co. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

These Program Terms are offer-specific terms and operate together with the Company's:

Where these Program Terms and the Terms & Conditions differ, these Program Terms prevail for the Program. Anything not covered here is governed by the Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing, accessing or participating in the Program you agree to these Program Terms together with the above policies.

WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES

The Program is a self-study education and implementation program for building an AI team and AI operating system for your own online business. It includes:

the training library, delivered in four steps: set up for success (brain, voice and safety), Skills, Agents, and Head Office;
The AI Advantage HQ: Company-hosted software that guides you through the Program and helps you write your Skills and agent briefs;
the Company's ten teamies (agent briefs and playbooks) and the Company's expert Skills, to install and customise in your own business;
the method for building your own Skills and agents;
the Chief of Staff and Chief of Soul agents;
the bonuses stated on the sales page at the time of your purchase.

The Program is delivered digitally through the Company's platform. Specific inclusions are as stated on the sales page at the time of purchase. Bonuses described as "to be announced", "and more" or similar may be substituted with bonuses of similar value at the Company's discretion.

WHAT THE PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE

The Program is self-study. Unless purchased separately, it does not include:

direct support, coaching or Q&A;
live sessions, build-alongs or a community;
one-on-one consulting or done-for-you implementation;
direct access to Carinda Gosling;
third-party AI subscriptions or tools (see "Your AI Provider, Costs and Your Agents" below).

Support is available as a separate paid add-on, The Online Biz AI Inner Circle, which has its own terms and pricing. Its inclusions and price are as stated when it is offered to you.

PRE-SALE, DELIVERY AND PRICING

The Program is sold on pre-sale ahead of its delivery date.

The Program is delivered on 14 September 2026 at 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, when your login and access are released.
Early bird, founding and promotional pricing applies only to purchases made while that pricing is offered. It is not applied retrospectively, and pricing may rise or promotional pricing may end without notice.
The purchase price is a one-time payment in the currency stated at checkout. Where a payment plan is offered, it is a binding arrangement and all instalments must be completed.

ACCESS PERIOD

Your purchase includes 12 months of access to the training library and The AI Advantage HQ, starting from the delivery date.

The Company will keep the training updated during your access period, at its discretion.
After 12 months, continued access to the training library and the HQ may be offered for a further period at a fee, which will be less than the original Program price, on the terms offered at that time.
The Company is not obligated to maintain the HQ or the training library indefinitely.

WHAT YOU KEEP FOREVER

The 12-month access period applies to the training library and the HQ only.

Every Skill, agent, teamie and downloadable resource that you download and install in your own environment during your access period stays licensed to you for use in your own business after your access ends, on the terms and restrictions set out in these Program Terms.
Your Head Office, your dashboard and everything you build using the skills taught in the Program are yours.
Skills and agents you build yourself, containing your own intellectual property, are yours outright, with no restrictions under these Program Terms.
This continuing licence ends immediately if a refund is granted or if these Program Terms are breached.

REFUND POLICY

The Program comes with a 7-day Happiness Guarantee.

Because the Program is sold on pre-sale, the 7 days run from the delivery date (14 September 2026), not from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, email hello@thisisco.com.au within the 7-day period.
No refunds are available after the 7-day period, including for change of mind, non-use or partial use, or dissatisfaction with personal results.
If a refund is granted, all access and all licences under these Program Terms end immediately, and you must stop using and delete any downloaded Skills, agents, tools and materials.

Nothing in these Program Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

SINGLE-BUSINESS LICENCE

Your purchase is licensed to one person for use in one business.

The licence covers the individual purchaser, or one approved representative of the purchasing business.
You may not share your login or access with anyone else.
Skills, agents and tools provided by the Company are licensed to your business only. They may not be installed in, copied to, or distributed to any other business, including your clients' businesses.
Skills and agents you build yourself, using the skills taught in the Program, are yours to use in your own business and in work you do for clients.

AI MATERIALS - WHAT IS PROTECTED

The Company's Skills, agents, teamies, prompts, routines, tools and the AI Advantage HQ ("AI Materials") carry the Company's methods inside them: the frameworks, sequencing, questions, rules and logic that make them work. Those methods are the Company's intellectual property, whether or not you can read them, and whether they are delivered as training or embedded in an agent.

For example, an agent that writes sales pages using the Company's sales-page method. You may use it to write as many sales pages as you like for your own business, and those pages are yours. The method inside the agent is not yours, and neither is the agent.

AI MATERIALS - WHAT YOU CAN DO

Run the AI Materials in your own business, as much as you like.
Customise and personalise them for your business.
Keep and use everything they produce for you: your pages, emails, captions, plans and content are yours.
Learn the method of building Skills and agents, and then build your own from scratch, filled with your own intellectual property, methods and expertise. Those are entirely yours. You can use them in your business, give them to clients, sell them, license them, or build offers, courses and services around them. The only thing you cannot do is put the Company's methods or AI Materials inside them.

AI MATERIALS - WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

Teach, train, coach or present the Company's methods or AI Materials to others, whether paid or free, in any course, membership, workshop, community, content, download or software.
Claim, present or market the Company's methods or AI Materials as your own, or as your own framework, system or process.
Copy, extract, rewrite, repackage, rename or re-brand AI Materials, or build prompts, agents, tools or products that are substantially derived from them, for anyone other than your own business.
Sell, give away, share, lend or transfer AI Materials or your access to any other person or business, including your clients, contractors or team.
Install or run the Company's agents inside other people's businesses, or use them to deliver the Company's method as a service to others.

Breach of this section is a material breach. The Company may immediately terminate access without refund and pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

THE AI ADVANTAGE HQ SOFTWARE

The AI Advantage HQ is Company-hosted software provided as-is for your access period.

The Company will use reasonable efforts to keep the HQ available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may update, change or retire features.
You must not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the HQ's prompts, interviews or logic.
Content you enter into the HQ about your business remains yours. The Company handles it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

YOUR AI PROVIDER, COSTS AND YOUR AGENTS

The Program teaches you to build and run your team using a third-party AI provider. At the time of writing the Program is taught using Anthropic's Claude.

Your use of any AI provider is governed by that provider's terms and pricing, which are separate to and not included in your purchase. A paid plan with your AI provider is required to run the Program in full.
You are responsible for choosing your AI provider, for its costs, and for what you connect your agents to.
The Company does not guarantee the availability, pricing or continued operation of any third-party provider or tool, and may change the provider used in the training.

AI-generated outputs can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing anything an agent or tool produces before you rely on it, publish it, send it or spend money on it.

Agents you build or install run in your own environment, under your control and on your instructions. The Company is not responsible for the actions, outputs, costs, data handling or consequences of agents or tools once installed and running in your business, including emails sent, content published, advertising spend or changes to third-party accounts.

You are responsible for the security of your own accounts, credentials and data, and for complying with any laws that apply to how you use AI in your business, including privacy and consumer laws and any AI-content disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

The Program is educational. The Company does not guarantee income, revenue, time saved, business growth, any particular performance of AI tools or agents, or any specific outcome. Examples and results shared by the Company, including its own results from its AI systems, are illustrative only. Results depend on your implementation, effort, business model, the AI provider and tools you choose, and circumstances outside the Company's control.

TESTIMONIALS AND RECORDINGS

By submitting testimonials, screenshots, reviews, comments, feedback, social media posts, direct messages or other user-generated content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute and share that content for operational, educational or marketing purposes. You may request removal of a testimonial by emailing hello@thisisco.com.au.

TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate your access where these Program Terms or the Terms & Conditions are breached, payment obligations are not met, AI Materials are misused, or unlawful or harmful conduct occurs. Termination does not waive payment obligations already incurred.

GOVERNING LAW

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with the Program.
